昨日の夕食にしらたきの焼きそばを作った 
 Yesterday for dinner, I made yakisoba using
 Shirataki  タンパク質が多いのためにいっぱいビーフも入れた
I also used a lot of beef for a lot of protein
昨日は仕事に長い一日だったり、その後に午後にジムで重たいウエットで筋トレもしたり、昨日の夕食はちょうど欲しくて良かった
It was exactly what I wanted after a very long and tiring workday followed by an afternoon of heavy weightlifting at the gym
ちなみに、昨夜10時間ぐらい寝れたので今朝は良い気分になった
By the way, I was able to sleep about 10 hours last night, so today I was feeling pretty good
