Why was mary paying the price of bottling up her feelings in the hospital? If I don't battle my feelings up I will be hospitalized?! 😰

@Mikhail the phrase bottle up means that we do not express our emotions. Instead, we keep everything “bottled up” inside. And the end result of that is the bottle eventually exploded from too much pent up feelings. Hope that helps

Correct me, if I understood it wrong. The phrase verb to bottle up means that you converse the problem like you are packing it into the bottle to hide and no to express to anybody.
