    I have never made noodle. You are great. It looks delicious.😊 麺は作ったことがない。 素晴らしいです。 I always put some vegetables into ramen. sometimes, put sliced ham into it too.

    You can place the boiled eggs in a plastic bag and marinate over night with soy sauce, mirin and sugar.

    @ayamaru yes I made it from scratch the broth and the noodles the noodles are a little thick as there hand cut but I made my own dough and rolled and cut it myself
