In Korean, “-은/는”—these two are only can be attached on the end of “Subject”— and “-이”, “-가” only could be attached on the end of “Subject” and “Indirect Object” , while “-을, -를” could be only attached on the end of “(direct) Object” in Sentence. So In Sentnce 3), you should use “-을” attaching to the end of the Object (“한국”). And In Sentence 2) “오늘 아주 춥습니다” (one of who’s correcting above) is equal to “It’s very cold today” in English, to be exact. And the reason that can be possible is “today” in Eng, and “오늘” in Kor, can also be used as noun & adverb in each language.
