Today I received my box of cooking ingredients from Japan! I

am especially excited to try the curry, because the last time I tried to cook Japanese curry, it gave me a stomache ache. :(

Did you know that you cannot import Yuzu fruit into the USA? It is almost impossible to get here!

I hope that soon I can share what I am cooking with you all in Japanese!

    In my hometown, I can harvest a lot of yuzu. And we export it to France. I hope it can be exported to your country.🍊

    @Aya I have only experienced Yuzu in cookies and bottled sauces. I have to use lemons as a substitute.

    @JUN Ah, that's interesting! I wonder why France allows it but the USA doesn't. I know we have a small amount of domestic yuzu grown in California, but I haven't been able to get any yet.

    @kanako I tried the Yatsuhashi this morning. It was amazing! They are the hard type. I want to try making the soft type in the future. I heard they can be made with red bean filling as well. ✨

    @Autumn I see.I freeze the yuzu peel.It can be eaten deliciously even when frozen.So, I wonder why we can't export it.
