    @LÍvia yes, soft boiled eggs are boiled only enough that the egg whites become solid, but the yolk is still liquid. In hard boiled eggs, both the whites and the yolk are solid.

    @LÍvia yep! Sunnyside up eggs are unscrambled eggs that are only fried on one side, so that the yolk remains intact.

    Medium boiled, butter poached, deviled, in a ramekin with bacon or Serrano ham, or chawan mushi 😁 But I've never seen raw eggs on any menu lol
