Why do I go to the gym? 🏋🏻♀️ 
 Mostly for my mental health ☺

 also to be strong af 💪🏼 .
Today was upper body day!
I train 6 times a week:
3x leg days
3x upper body days
.
I wish I had more friends that love weightlifting as much as I do 😂
