These reasons include, but are not limited to: 1. Providing false personal information or creating an account for anyone other than yourself without permission 2. Using a name, user ID, nickname, or self-introduction that does not abide by our naming policies 3. Using a profile picture that does not abide by our content policy, including, but not limited to, company logos, political figures, or other celebrities' photos 4. Providing a false date of birth, incorrect nationality, or native language 5. Creating a single account that represents or is used by more than one person 6. Maintaining multiple accounts 7. Compromised account 8. Misusing HelloTalk's reporting systems to harass others 9. Concealing a Page’s purpose by misleading users about the ownership or control of that Page 10. Posting content or broadcasting any message that infringes on the rights of third parties (in particular their intellectual property rights), or that is of a pornographic, discriminatory, racist, violent, political, religious, defamatory, or sexual nature, and/or which may constitute bullying or intimidation of other persons 11. Using the name, voice, or image of any person without their permission 12. Using automated means to collect information from HelloTalk's Services 13. Interfering with any security measures protecting or disrupting (or attempt to disrupt) access to the services by any means including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing 14. Using the HelloTalk App in an illegal, dishonest, malicious, and/or discriminatory manner You may be able to appeal the decision to remove the suspension.
