Technical issue
I can't play voice messages in chats. What can I do?
Please try the following steps first:

Please try to play all the voice messages, some of them may be broken

If your partners can play them normally, your internet connection may not be stable or lost, try to connect with a different Wi-Fi or mobile network (4g/5g)

Log out and log in to HelloTalk again

Exit the app completely and re-launch app
