I deactivated my Apple ID, Google or Facebook account linked to my HelloTalk account, can I still log in?
If you created your account by using Apple ID, Google or Facebook account, and have deactivated them, you will no longer be able to log into that HelloTalk account.
Please click on [I'm having trouble signing in] at the bottom of the login page, select [Retrieve Account] or [Problem signing in] to get further assistance.
