How do I request a refund?

HelloTalk is not able to process refunds. To request a refund, please contact the third-party payment platform (iTunes) of making the payment to initiate the refund process.

Please note that subscriptions must be canceled prior to submitting a refund request. Please refer to the following instructions:

1. iTunes Store
1) Locate the HelloTalk subscription receipt sent by Apple in your email inbox. The email subject should begin with "Receipt from Apple"
2) Click on "Report a Problem" in the email. You will be redirected to Apple's problem reporting page
3) Log in with your Apple ID and password
4) Select the refund option and detail your reason under "What can we help you with?" and submit your request
Alternatively,
1) Open reportaproblem.apple.com
2) Log in with your Apple ID and password
3) Follow the instructions on the page to select the reason for your refund request and submit your request


  1. WeChat or AliPay

Please click Submit Feedback, select the category, and fill in the description in detail. Our Support Team will review your refund request and get back to you within 48 hours. Thanks for your patience.
