I can't log in using Apple ID, Google or Facebook account, what can I do?

If you successfully created a HelloTalk account using Apple ID, WeChat, or QQ but are now unable to login, try the following:

1.Check your login details: Ensure that your username and password are entered accurately for your Apple ID / WeChat / QQ account

2.Check your internet connection: Make sure your device is connected to a stable internet network
