Currently, the one-month VIP gift option is in the testing phase and is not available to all users yet.

You can ask your language partner create a wishlist for a one-month VIP membership, and then you can fulfill this wishlist on their profile page. Once completed, your language partner will receive the one-month membership you have gifted.
