I can't find the member I've been speaking to anymore. Why?

Some reasons why you may not be able to find your HelloTalk partner:

1. You switched accounts to log in

2. You deleted your conversations (without following each other)

3. Your chat history is lost

4. Your partners deleted their HelloTalk account

5. Your partners are banned by HelloTalk

6. Your partners have blocked you
