I love the combination of salty, sour and spicy. Anything pickled

is a winner in my books. When I buy dill pickles, I add peppers to spice it up and have pickled peppers!! After I eat all the picklea, I save the pickle juice and add onions, carrots, cucumbers, celery to squeeze out that last pickling juice goodness.

    @DianeK. I am training to be a 주부!! I want to go to 요리학원 in Seoul!! Because of Corona I dont eat out as often. I am preparing for another corona lock down in the fall and next year, so I am practicing my cooking!! We will have to stay home again for a long time.

    Pickle juice is my favorite brine for chicken....it’s the brine for a lot of fried chicken recipes.
