I have started yoga school! As part of it, I am training to withstand

the cold better. I'm very bad at it right now, but I'm working very hard and practicing every day. Yoga is extremely popular in the United States, mostly as a form of relaxing exercise.

Woha! That's amazing. I feel muscle constriction in cold. I used to enjoy 'hot' yoga, but I don't think I can do yogan in cold.
