Dinner ~~ pasta with homemade tomato sauce and salad

Tomatoes

are from our garden. The sliced tomato is a variety called Cherokee Purple. So delicious.🍅

Salad has tomatoes, sweet peppers and beets from our garden. Adding beets to the salad was mentioned by Niko from HelloTalk. Thanks, Niko...my family enjoyed it. 😋

Salad dressing ~~ equal parts of rice vinegar, sushi seasoning vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper and feta 💕

    That looks like a real feast! 🍝😋 Beetroot salads are so common here, that I thought everybody in the world eats them. :) Now I have to try your combination, it looks delicious. But what I'm really jealous of is your tomatoes. 🍅 They look like those that we used to eat when I was a small child, that had an uneven shape and color but really tasted like tomatoes. Those of the super market look like they're made by a machine and are almost tasteless. :(
