Catan, Carcassonne, pandemic, blokus, ticket to ride..
Do you

play boardgames or tabletop wargames?
I love these and I am looking for friends in Japan to play similar games online.

I have one friend; we play every weekend on BGA, while speaking in English (mostly) and Japanese (a little because my level is low).
I am looking for more friends for this. I would also love to play Civilization 6 if you know it.
PS: I speak fluent French if you're interested

    @Lani There's more. The bottom section is full, but they are mostly 2 player wargames (battles or wars). Also I removed about 20 of them I never play. I will sell or give them. Fun: depends on your preferences like complexity, topics, number of players. I have been playing for a long time so I am ok with complex ones, up to 40 pages of rules. I really like Ticket to Ride, Terraforming Mars, Barrage, Florenza, Pandemic, Battlestar Galactica, Roll for the Galaxy For beginners I recommend: - Catan. Simple game, the grandfather of modern boardgames - Pandemic. Easy and cooperative game (no confrontation or competition), and very in line with world news

    Wow. Too many games! I used to play “ the game of Life” that is famous in Japan. I would like to play boardgames with my sons someday.😄

    @Lani Yes, try pandemic! You and a few friends are a CDC team (US center for disease control). You each have a different role (scientist, medic,..) and are fighting together against a pandemic. You travel the globe to stop spread, gather information, research a vaccine, distribute it, etc..

    @Yukino Game of life is very good with younger kids. Zooloretto is good for 8+ or even younger if you help them
