Last Sunday I visited the beautiful Shanghai Tower. 632 meter

tall and 125 story. The second tallest in the world after Borj-al-kalifa.
Being an engineer in building design and construction my tour was very interesting and full of joy. The tower has the fastest elevator of the world with 18 m/s. 65 km/h speed. It’s also equipped with a sophisticated wind load damper system, uniquely designed, and installed at below roof level. It was little foggy but still you could see the greatness of Shanghai. I captured photos of Jin Mao tower and Financial tower from the top. Short while ago those two were the tallest of China.
