Today I got a Rib Steak loaf from the grocery store and cut it

up myself. It is the only steak my daughter will eat and it is incredibly tender and tasty.

It is also very economical if you buy a whole chunk of it, trim and cut steaks. I paid $80 for the package, and it turned into 18 steaks that are over 2 CMS thick each (1").

With some garlic powder, ground pink salt, and some steak spice these steaks have an incredible flavor.

    @Julia I'm glad it works for you. I grew up using a cutting board and a knife so for me this is comfortable, but what you do for yourself is great!

    @Andrew H Although use kitchen scissors will not have perfect cut the meat, it is very convenient. I don’t have to pull out the cutting board. Usually just use china plate as cutting board. I used kitchen scissors to cut the whole chicken, rib steak, pork, shrimp, fish, etc... Get used to it. If I want a perfect slice of the meat, I will use knife :)

    @Julia these large blocks of meat would be too large for scissors, unless they are the king you trim lawns with lol

    I wish i could join you;) That’s economical as you can cut it up yourself. But these look like needs some power to cut the loaf.🥩🤣
