Today I got a Rib Steak loaf from the grocery store and cut itup myself. It is the only steak my daughter will eat and it is incredibly tender and tasty.
It is also very economical if you buy a whole chunk of it, trim and cut steaks. I paid $80 for the package, and it turned into 18 steaks that are over 2 CMS thick each (1").
With some garlic powder, ground pink salt, and some steak spice these steaks have an incredible flavor.
