Most of my friends have purses, stuffed animals and pretty stuff

in their bedrooms....I decorate my room with gym equipment instead. 😅😅😅

    @정최 I can lift up to 30 lbs in dumbbells but the heaviest one I own is 20 lbs. Dont worry!!

    @jacky I started my fitness journey 2 years ago. My first goal was weight loss so I went from 174 to 126 lbs. Now I work with a kickboxing coach to help me build muscle 3x/week.
