    @Enrique usually people will say the phrase “high status” or “good reputation” instead. Prestige in my opinion is seen as a very fancy word, so people don’t use it that much because they think it’s too intense

    I watched a movie called The prestige couple of years ago, I really enjoyed it and highly recommend it. Why this word is not widely used and which one could be a better option?
