30,000歩ぐらい歩きたい。脚筋トレしたなので、ジョギングのペースは遅いでした。
Today I did muscle training at the gym, went jogging, walked my dogs and worked. So I could do 30,000 steps. I also want to do about 30,000 steps tomorrow.
My jogging pace was slow because I didn't leg workout at the gym.
