Hey everyone !
I have some English slang for you today!
When
saying a sentence with the word “you” in it - sometimes Americans use “ya” instead of the word “you” and say it in one motion with the previous word For example: Hey John! I got-ya some snacks when I went to the store
Instead of: Hey John! I got you some snacks when I went to the store.
Can you tell the difference ?
Please keep in mind this is not proper and is never written out. This is just a spoken slang.
Hope-ya found this helpful ! Thanks guys!
