    I have gain momentum since I choosed a goal to achieve...when some body wants to do something that is distinguish rather than others,she becomes talk of the Town Is it correct?

    @John_liz not necessarily. A lot of foreigners can read and write fluently but have trouble speaking . But yes, reading is a essential part to that
