Thank you to HelloTalk friends for the green tomato pickled recipe

. It’s delicious 😋

We grew daikon(Japanese radish) for the first time. We pickled it. 👍
Also delicious 😋

I’ve seen peeled garlic in a container sold at Korean grocery store. I never bought one but I decided to prepare my own...no particular reason, just felt like it. 🧄 😁

These are the last group of peppers from our garden. 🤗

Your daikon looks awsome! You certainty have a green thumb! I have a question. I usualky keep garlics at room temperature without peeling. Do they keep better and longer in the way you do, keeping peeled ones in a jar?

@nana Ohayo To grow good vegetables you need good soil, water as needed and let nature take its course. 👍 This is first try for me placing peeled garlic in a jar. After I peeled the garlic, I rinsed and thoroughly dried the garlic. I placed the jar in the refrigerator. So far looks good and I would think they would last longer in the fridge. 😃

@Beth Home grown fresh veges are the best! Thank for the additional tip for keeping garlics in a jar. I will try and see how it goes. It appears to be more convenient since they're already peeled.
