Over the weekend I made Tonkatsu in the air fryer. Next

time I'm going to toast the panko crumbs to give it a better color. I made the Katsu sauce from scratch and it came out really well! 🤤

On Sunday I also went to the bookstore and bought some new manga. I'm very excited to read them all!

    We usually eat tonkatsu and shredded cabbage together.Also I recommend to add grind sesame seeds to the sauce. Enjoy !

    @KazuH so sorry for my late reply! The air fryer was an investment but it certainly hurt my money for a bit 🤣 But it was worth it! I hope you get to buy one soon 😊

    @Yoko Thank you for the tip! I usually have cabbage with it but didn't have any at the time. I will try ground sesame seeds in the sauce next time as well!
