Or else 在普通句子里实际上是解释不做一件事情的结果。这个和Somewhere else 不一样。
例子：We need to leave in about 15 minutes or else we're going to miss the plane. (要不然)
错：Do you put your TV in the living room or else? (somewhere else)

Or else 另一种常见的口语用就是威胁对方。
You need to pay your rent now or else.
