I often wonder:
What makes you want to learn English?
Why do

you want to share your culture and language with others?

Many people say it is because it is easier to get a job... but I want to know other reasons... What else motivated you?

When I went abroad, the local people helped me many times. I wanted to study English from a disappointing experience that I couldn't answer when I spoke to English in a foreign country visiting Japan.

I just wanna talk with more people, so that I’m studying English. If we could talk in the same language, we can reduce one barrier and it’s way easier to understand each other, eh? I think language s exist for communication.

Two reason that answer your question(psychological perspective); intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. “get a job” is extrinsic motivation.

I love watching tv shows, youtube videos without subs. There're more reasons I've been learning English but those things came first.
