At the time Blockbuster had close to 10,000 stores and dominated the DVD rental game market. They thought they were untouchable, and didn’t need to spend $50M to buy this little innovative company.

Fast forward a few years, Netflix is now worth $127B and Blockbuster only has one store left...

No company is untouchable, even the big ones have to innovate or die.
