With myself being on restricted calories, I’ve been cooking different

things each night. One of the things I cooked tonight was rice with chicken and an egg. It has vegetables throughout it and looks kind of what Indonesians would Nasi Goreng.

Does anyone have any tips they utilise to make their own dinner consisting of rice? Do you have any great recipes?

    @John Smith should eat on time, but you can eat less, the nutrition will be balanced, and will not rebound too much😄

    My special rice recipe is hot sticky rice with cheese mayo, downright easy but high in calories so i don't recommend it 😝

    My family sell nasi goreng , but different because use goat meat , the name nasi goreng kambing , lots of rempah in there 😁
