There are cucumber galore in our garden.
It’s the first time

we grew Korean cucumbers. We have been eating them
every day for a month now in various ways: raw, pickled and kimchi style. We’ll continue to eat pickled cucumbers for several more months. 💕😙
I’m also eating a lot of hot green peppers. My husband will not eat them. 😂

Wow, I'm sure your husband has a green thumb😊 When I make cucumber kimchi, I usually sprinkle a little bit of salt on shredded radishes and carrots, and put them between cucumbers 🥒. They go good together 😋
