I took advantage of the left over garlic butter bacon grease
and fried some local homemade beef perogies, left over mushroom stalks, red onion and garlic. I was going to buy sour cream but I was too lazy to go to the grocery store so I used my organic Greek yogurt. Oh My GOSH! Amazing! I added sriracha, sambal chilli, pepper, cayanne pepper and a pinch of salt. It was so delicious and guilt free because it was yogurt!!!! Tangy with a spicy kick.
