This weekend, I tried to make a lot of difficult food! On Saturday, I made Beef Wellington and paired it with a wine from Bordeaux. On Sunday, I made a lot of different types of sushi (wagyu sashimi, tuna sashimi, salmon sashimi, sliced octopus, and kinpira renkon) and paired it with sake. I also made mochi!
I'm not very good at making any of these dishes, but I'm learning a lot!
