All the Muslims around the world at the moment are experiencingan Islamic month called “Ramadan”. This is where we fast every day for a month. We not only abstain from food and drink but also our other desires and also from bad behaviour such as gossiping, backbiting, arguing/fighting etc. Along with all the numerous benefits of fasting, this month is a perfect way to train the mind and body to be more in control of ourselves and experience/practice qualities such has being grateful for what we all have!
At the end of the day at sunset we all break our fasts with different foods. I would like to take you all on a culinary journey and show you guys what my family and I will eat every day of the month!
