    달리기를 추천해요😊 매일 1시간씩 쉬지 않고 천천히 달려보세요❗ 1달 뒤에는 눈에 보이게 달라져요👍 특히 탄산음료는 마시지 마세요🙏

    To lessen the amount of sugar and white flour is good idea in my opinion! (I’m such a bloody heavy snacker🤣) 설탕, 하얀 밀가루로 만들어진 음식을 적게 먹으려고 노력해요. And stopping myself from being board, I tend to do different kind of workout! I love zumba, swimming, and yoga! 그리고 흥미를 잃지 않기위해 다양한 운동을 하는 편이에요! 저는 줌바, 수영, 요가를 좋아해요🤗 화이팅🙌

    swimming can be a good option I also reduced 8kg from swimming everyday for one or two hours

    야식은 절대 드시면 안되고, 초반에는 유산소운동 위주로 하시는게 좋아요. 특히 뛰는게 도움이 많이될 거예요

    I think you are normal! If you want to make your body healthy, the best choice is running or jogging or walk many times! And eat healthy like vegetables or fruits. And eat some proteins when you do exercise. You can ask me anytime you want^^

    When you exercise, make sure to buy knee pads and wrist guards. I recommend zamst zk-1 type. And I recommend swanson Arginine AKG(medicine). It will going to help you do exercise well. It is really popular in health care guys. And it is obvious, you must stop drinking coke, sprite, fanta and etc... my 28 years of my life, I drank coke stuffs more than water. so It was really painful to stop drinking those. but if you enjoy that kind of stuffs, you must stop. I stopped drinking coke more than 6 month. I will not going to drink forever. you can do it too. I'm just telling that u.s has lots of coke stuffs so.. and when the muscles grow up and losing weights, your appetite will automatically goes down. cuz you don't need more calrories to maintain your body. I hope you succeed!! peace! 😉

    Do 100 squats a day. It will help you to burn your calories and help to make apple hip:):) 애플힙이란 말을 쓰는지 모르겟어요 :)

    다이어트는 100% 음식입니다. 그래서 무조건 적게 먹어야 합니다. 고칼로리 음식을 먹지 말아야 합니다. 그렇지 않으면 아무리 운동해도 다이어트 효과가 없어요.
