Some of my more fancy creative dishes I've made this year. 😁

1.Pork marinade in chipotle sauce, cucumber, spinach, rice and scallions mixed in olive oil.
2. Chicken pesto penne pasta with grape tomatoes, parmesan cheese and Italian parsley.
3. American wagyu beef marinade in teriyaki sauce overnight, jambalaya style rice, spinach, cucumber, sesame seeds and miso soup.
4&5. Chicken & roasted garlic tortellini, ground turkey, spinach and grape tomatoes.
6-8. Greek yogurt egg salad sandwich recipe made into garlic nann style pizza with tomato and argula toppings.
9. Al pastor with spinach, a creative fun taco 😁 with scallions, tomatoes, goat cheese and dill weed.
