    @Aby 1) Dot is the symbol of punctuation (.) —> anything that is a small circle is a dot 2) point is like the edge of something (pointy) Point can also be a location; usually a position of something (sometimes we say a “point in time” 3) period is also the (.) symbol for punctuation, but is also used to describe a time frame (time period)
