over the next couple of posts I will show the matcha swiss roll

    @Kiki Lala it tastes good too. I added extra cream as I liked the way it tastes I've never had matcha before or used it to bake but I'm happy with the taste and final results

    In Japan, we often see some cut fruits inside the roll. In short, we put and spread some fruits on the cream and then roll together. 日本のロールケーキは、中にフルーツが入っているものもあります。クリームの上にフルーツを乗せて、広げてから一緒に巻きます。 But the dessert you made looks yummy 😋 💕

    Yeah, Macha roll is popular in Japan!! We often find Macha cake with sweet red bean paste😊
