I have some quick English slang for you this

morning! The slang is the word “bomb” this can be used in slang two ways.

1) meaning to be unsuccessful - fail
Example: I’m going to bomb the test tomorrow

2) to be awesome -cool - good - the best
Example: Wow this new ice cream is the bomb!

Normally bomb would of course mean a destructive and harmful explosive device so be sure to be aware of the context when you hear the word bomb!

@anna it’s an slang adjective you can say bomb or the bomb in this slang people will understand either way ☺️

If you say the new ice cream is the bomb, is bomb noun or adjective here? Also “this sushi is bomb”, why not “the bomb”, I am confused.
