Hello everyone!
If you ever visit the North of England, I recommend
visiting Beamish Living Museum. It is a large park that aims to show what life was like in the North East of England for normal people. It covers the time period from 1820-1940.
All the people working there are in traditional clothes from 1820-1940!
It has many different parts. From town centres, to farms, to mines, to railways, to villages.
Some examples of things to see:
Traditional Fish and Chips (very tasty)
Traditional Sweets shop
Olden day School
Traditional Bakery (With great pastry)
An olden day Bank
An olden day Mine
Lots of animals
Many houses in old English style
Olden day Dentist shop
Traditional Shops
Olden day Pub
Steam Powered Trains
There is too many things to mention!
It feels like you are transported back in time!
