最近なんも投稿してないから、なにか投稿するべきかな
Lately I haven't posted at all, so
I figured I should post something. でも話すことはあんまりないよね、強いていえばピザ作りちょっと頑張ってるよねー
To be honest it's not like I have a lot to talk about. If I had to say something then lately I've been working on my pizzas.
あ、ピザ言っちゃダメ。トマトとチーズパンと呼べばもっと健康的に聞こえる、朝食べてもセーフ。
Ah, I shouldn't call it pizza. If I call it tomato and cheese bread it sounds more healthy, it's fine even if I have it for breakfast.
拘るポイントはねー
There are a few points I'm quite particular about.
クラストの食感、柔らかくて、ちょっともちもち!そんで外マイクロバブルがあってちょっとクリスピー
The texture of the crust, soft but a bit chewy and the outside has microbubbles so it's a bit crispy as well.
焼けるのも、パンが茶色になってでギリギリ焼けすぎない程度で、味も深くなる! でもチーズが焼けすぎないように。
When cooking, the bread must be browned and just short of being burnt for a deeper flavor, but without overcooking the cheese.
