Today I made Vietnamese Shaking Beef for the first time. I think

I need a bit more practice, but my GOD is it good! I finished it off with a fruit salad who's secret ingredient is orange juice concentrate 😋

    @Kim I think there's an overall misunderstanding lol The fruit salad was for desert. It had nothing to do with the beeg. Did you think I put the fruit in with the beef? 😳

    @santi let me know how it taste after you tried it. Its seems interesting for me because of salad that you add in. I never tried any salad together with beef yet.😂 usually just potato for curry.

    @Izza I've never tried that before. I'll have to taste it. Orange juice concentrate adds a layer of sweetness and preserves the fruits so the salad lasts longer as well.

    Unique. It using orange juice. Here we used tamarind juice to make it some sour taste. How was it taste?

    @Kim yeah. It looks similar, but the ingredients are very unique (at least for an American) and make it have a flavor that is VERY good. If food was a woman I'd marry this one lol
