I need to study for an hour a day

without letting work stop me, but its more difficult than I anticipated.
I think I need to find the right balance.
how do you balance study and work?
( im not sure how to say most of this in japanese 🥲)

Why don’t you divide your study time? For example ... 3 times a day for 20 minutes each time. I study English in the morning , at lunch time and before taking a bath.
