    @lllllIIIlll no it’s okay! No need to apologize :) yes you’re correct. Actually, we got our independence in 1930-1940s. Northern Ireland is apart of the UK because of the colonialism before and we could never get them back unfortunately.

    @Tara Sorry, I don't know much about irish history. In my knowledge, Irish colonized around late 19th century, but Irish people asserted that they want the independence, and there was violation around northern Ireland. And Irish get independence around 1970s. Is it true? My apologies if I misunderstood. And what I want to know is why northern ireland is a part of britain not a part of ireland. This causes Brexit issue as a way of "backstop" can you tell me what was it? I caught some words from news so far but didn't understand proeperly

    @Abraham Koh yeah it’s true.. ireland has tried to do a lot of things to keep the language alive but it’s slowly disappearing :(
