I baked macarons for the first time today. They're green tea (matcha) flavour. I was so happy with how they turned out because macarons are really hard to make well. The biscuits rose well, and they developed a nice foot. The foot of a macaron is the bubbly layer underneath the shiny top. This layer is hard to get, and if you don't get this layer, the macaron is ruined. Everyone, please come try my sweets after covid19 haha!
