Is today very hot there in Japan? 🥵


So, today I received a special package! 🎁

So, the weather here in sunny Northern California is getting warmer, but fortunately not as hot as Japan! I hope you all stay cool and hydrated! Drink plenty of water, liquids and Pocari Sweat! I really like Pocari!😅🧊Cold fresh fruit is also very refreshing as well!🍓🫐🥝🍇🍉🍑

I decided to have some local white nectarines, strawberries, organic blueberries and some ice water for some heathy vitamins and hydration!😅😋👍

So, some of you may know I do steps almost everyday to stay fit while I recover from my surgery. Also, I have been trying eat healthier as well! So, today I thought I would make a nice summer salad for myself for dinner! It’s still kind of weird to not have meat or protein during my dinner but I am trying hard to be healthier! 🏃🏻🏃🏻🏃🏻💨😋😁

My wrestling and Judo buddies would laugh at my meal without meat, though! 🥗👀🥴🤣🤣🤣 But oh well, I will get the last laugh! 💪😂

Also, what do you think of my new package? I bought it because I thought it had a very unique design! I have never seen something like this before! 😳🤓😜😁

I really love how artists can create beauty for so many of us to enjoy and appreciate!

I found out this hand made water carafe won a number of awards,but I just liked its nice and unique design. It is a bit small though! 😳😜 But I just found out it is shaped to represent a 🦜! I was like ohhhhh, I get it now! 🤔😳🤣🤣🤣Super cute!
