@詳子 shoko Choco I just cut fruits that I like and put them into a bottle. Then, some 氷砂糖 but not too much unless you like sweet drinks. Add 1 cinnamon stick Roll a little bit of spearmint in your hand, and then put it in. I use pinot noir and chardonnay wine and mix. If you want only pinot noir it's fine, but it will be a bit more full bodied. If you want a lighter white sangria, only chardonnay. At the end I add about 40ml of dark rum or whiskey, but it's up to you.
