I don't think these words are in English, There aren't this words in English, but in English if you want, you can say "senpai" or "kohai"

There are ways to describe this in English but extremely unnatural and not used every day. In school, upperclassmen and lower (under? I'm not even sure) classmen would be the closest ways to translate it. But this is like trying to squeeze a square block into a round hole lol.

We don’t use them at work or school. They’re only used as job titles ‘senior’ or ‘junior’ to describe job seniority level but never as people’s titles. I only saw it as a person’s title in Japan.

先輩と言うのは英語で SENIOR です。個配と言うのは英語で JUNIOR です。でも英語であまり使わない

Agreed with the others. You can literally translate them, but, in my opinion, they’re untranslatable concepts. We have the concept of seniority but it doesn’t follow Japan’s cultural norms, so directly translating the word likely still won’t work. People may recognize the words in English, but only as a “Japanese thing”.
